Kate is a certified bra fitter, using the 'by sight' method.  During a bra assessment she will consider your existing bra for fit, support, comfort and shape. 

 

The 'by sight' method is widely considered the most accurate method of assessing size as it takes into account your unique shape and the modern materials used in bra construction.

Once Kate has conducted the initial assessment she will be able to tell you whether your bra is doing the job it should.  Our bodies change over the years for a variety of reasons (adolescence, pregnancy, nursing, post pregnancy, peri-menopause, post menopause, surgery, weight gain, weight loss etc) and the average bra starts to lose it's support after 6 months (that's if you haven't put it in the washing machine!).  So for health, comfort and the sake of your silhouette, it's as well to get a proper fitting on a regular basis.

If you require new lingerie Kate will source bras for you to try and conduct a fitting to ensure you are in the correct size and fit.  If further lingerie is required Kate can provide a personal shopping service.
